Operator Academy
Train every employee to operate EK360 Bid Intelligence with zero mistakes.
Six modules covering the full bid lifecycle, plus live compliance guardrails for every country we operate in. Bookmark this page — refer to it before every new submission.
Compliance first
Always open the country compliance panel before drafting. A non-compliant bid is a disqualified bid.
AI assists, humans decide
Every generated section requires a human bid manager’s sign-off before submission.
Data quality compounds
Garbage in, garbage out. Five minutes spent verifying extracted data saves hours of rework.
Close the loop
Mark every bid Won or Lost with a reason. The Intelligence module learns from outcomes.
How to capture an RFP, generate a winning narrative, and route it into the Bid Pipeline without losing data.
Step-by-step
- 1Open New Tender Bid from the sidebar.
- 2Select the Country first — this auto-scopes the agency list, currency, and compliance guardrails.
- 3Pick the Issuing Agency from the curated top-10 list, or click ‘Use custom entry’ if it’s not listed.
- 4Paste the full RFP text into the Tender description field — the AI needs the complete scope to draft accurately.
- 5Enter contract value in the country’s native currency (auto-displayed).
- 6Choose the tone, then click Generate. Review every section before saving to Bid Pipeline.
Do
- • Verify the agency name against the official RFP cover page.
- • Always paste the FULL RFP, not a summary — generation quality scales with input quality.
- • Cross-check the compliance panel for the selected country before submitting externally.
Don't
- • Don’t change the country after generation without regenerating — currency and compliance will mismatch.
- • Don’t submit AI output verbatim — a human bid manager must sign off.
- • Don’t leave PII or pricing strategy in the description field if sharing the link externally.
